Mill Valley Yurts is a family run small holding and we do our very best to provide a safe environment nether the less there are many hidden dangers on a farm.  Please be responsible for your children’s safety at all times, particularly around wood burning stoves, camp fires and the animals.  Smoking is not allowed in the Yurt or other buildings.

Wood burning stoves/fires – please don’t leave a stove alight unattended. Never hang anything on or close to fire guards or the wood burners.

Arrival/Departure – Please do not arrive on the site before 3 o clock and depart by 10 am.  You are requested to leave your accommodation as you found it, returning any items to the appropriate place.

Breakages  – We request that you advise us of any damage/ breakages as soon as possible in order so that they can be replaced/repaired as soon as possible.  You will be responsible for any serious damage/breakages during your stay.

Bookings – by confirming a booking via email and when we receive a deposit you have entered into a contract with us.

If the final balance has not been received 2 weeks before the booking we reserve the right to retain any monies.

Cancellation – we recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance before you book you holiday.  Please contact us immediately should you need to cancel your holiday. In the even that you need to cancel your holiday more than eight weeks prior to your arrival date Mill Valley reserves the right to retain the deposit.  In the event that you need to cancel less than eight weeks prior to your arrival date you will be responsible for the  full cost of the holiday.

In the event of accommodation being unavailable  due to any unforeseen circumstances Mill Valley reserves the right to cancel your holiday and accepts no liability or responsibility.  Should this be necessary we will refund any monies to that date.  We will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred as a result of cancelling your holiday.

Group bookings – The group’s organiser is responsible for payment and advising Mill Valley of any changing to the group prior to arrival.
He/ She is responsible for coordinating all deposits and balance payments.
